HIV/AIDS Pandemic
Besides the coronavirus as one pandemic that is affecting humanity during these recent times, the HIV/AIDS pandemic is another pandemic that has plagued humanity at its peak during 2005-2012. It was first identified in Congo in 1976 and has then proven itself as a global pandemic since 1981. HIV/AIDS has killed more than 36 million people.
